Why is there an aid for foreign countries in stimulus package but not americans?

How about clarification---there is SOME money for Americans, but also ALOT of money for non-American concerns.  Media will not jump on this, but if this had anything proposed by Trump they would have examined and reported it to death.  Notice how you have to dig to find out the allotted money that has NOTHING to do with American Relief---should have been 100% Stimulus based for American business and citizens.  We have to pay for it anyway.  The public is in the dark and we "hope" things fall into place!  We just financed more freedom away with every dollar we print and give away.

There is money for Americans, both a check and higher unemployment pay, so I'm not sure what you mean.  Having said that, about an hour ago Trump said he would veto all of it.
