What does "That I’ll be a long time."  mean in the following sentence. Thanks ?

Hotel Clerk: Wait, wait, wait Mr. Nelson. I think I can give you an additional 15 percent discount and I’ll throw in a free room for the next time you visit us  (for the mistake I did about your date reservation ).

Guest: That I’ll be a long time.

That would be a very sarcastic comment from Mr. Nelson to the hotel clerk, meaning that he probably won't be back, due to the treatment he received on this occasion.

I think the guest likely said something like, "That'll be a long time." The meaning is the guest is not pleased and is unlikely to return.

"That I’ll be a long time" doesn't make sense.

"Then I'll be a long time" would be grammatically correct, but would make no sense in that context.

    It’s that’ll be a long time.

It means that the guy will unlikely ever go back to that hotel.
