Flights with Ryan Air?

If flight is still flying (RyanAir) and I cant go because of FCO travel advice, will I get a refund.

    Perhaps they will give you a credit, but I doubt they give you a refund.

    You have to read the T&C on the back of the ticket. FCO advice is not considered for refunds.
