    Two kings are mentioned in the bible before that time King Melchizedek the Prince of Peace.

    King Nimrod mighty hunter in opposition to God king of the land of Gilgamesh.

    If you are referring to the flood in the Bible, it was a story, not historical and no supposed date specified, so there is no answer.
