What "story?"
Jesus commanded everyone "You must be born again of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) and Paul had a "DEAD spirit" (Romans 5:12-14; I Cor 15:21-22) KILLING Christians.
Jesus told Ananias "He is a chosen vessel unto Me" (Acts 9:15) ***BEFORE*** he even got to Ananias (Acts 9:17) which means Jesus has already "chosen and ordained" (John 15:16) Paul when HE Holy Spirit baptized (Jn 1:33) Paul when "the Light shined round about him FROM HEAVEN" (Acts 9:3)
