One is a ritual , the other is what God does. The one baptism that counts the most is the spiritual one when God establishes his kingdom within. The Kingdom of God is within because right now the spiritual kingdom is here, the physical one is going to come when Jesus returns. One the the few rituals Jesus directed us to do is the water baptism, and no one should do it out of doubt. You are supposed to do it in faith, with a clear conscience.
