What did Trump gain by waiting 6 days to sign the Covid Relief bill Congress labored over for 6 months?

doug v:    traitor trump was waiting for additional congressmen to pledge their allegiance to him, and promise that they will create as much havoc as possible on January 6, 2021.   

The answer is so prosaic. You’ve heard that repeating something helps it penetrate, right? For a week people have been explaining to him that his impulse was destructive to his image. He finally accepted it. And no doubt Pelosi told him that the House would introduce a standalone bill that he could get all upstage about whether the Republicans in the Senate passed it or not.

Jesus, Congress has been debating this forever. Trump only signs off on it. Congress holds the purse strings. 

Congress labored for 6 months? lololololol. I wonder how many 'recesses' they took while people were having to line up for free food and go into debt to their landlords. I wonder how many games of golf they played. I wonder how many interns they treated like dirt. I wonder how many expensive presents for their mistress they bought in this time. Congress is a bunch of clueless, slimy, self serving jerks. They couldn't do a whole day of hard work if their lives depended on it, much less labor for 6 months.

He gained a lot more time on the golf course. He doesn't understand why a "billionaire" should have to spend time in a cold weather place like Washington.

The House, under the auspices of Nancy Pelosi, drug their feet.  He had been after them for months and after the election, Nancy said, "now that we have a NEW president, we can do this".  They didn't want Trump to get the credit.

So, this time, he just wanted the taxpayers to get $2k and not the measly $600, and to save money to do that by not giving out BILLIONS to foreign gov's for ridiculous things!  Like gender studies in Pakistan.
