It used to be able to. But then Microsoft released one of their blasted updates, And now there is no music tab and no media player it was already a ***** to get videos to play because their paranoid that you're gonna watch pirated movies. And now they're afraid you'll play pirated music, so screw the little guy who just wants to play music and a game, we gotta suck off the mega giants lobbying us to funnel people to spotify!
