OMG, how do we change the speaker of the House?

VOTERS cannot choose the Speaker of the House. That position is chosen by the Representatives themselves. 

I agree about McConnell--but you must realize HE is not the Speaker of the House, either. That is Nancy Pelosi, not Mitch McConnell. And she is a Democrat, not a Republican. Mitch McConnell is a SENATOR, not a Representative. He isn't IN the House of Representatives, he is the Senate Majority Leader. 

If both the Democrats win in the uncoming Georgia election then that'll do it (the Democrats will take over leadership of the Senate, and McConnell will still be minority leader but that's a much less powerful position).  I wonder if this is going to piss off so many people that is does cost the Republicans those seats.

Mitch McConnell is NOT the Speaker of The House, he isn't even in the House.  He's the Senate Majority Leader.

Nancy Pelosi is Speaker of The House.

McConnell is not Speaker of the House.  

He's also not the Speaker of the House.

The most likely way right now to have McConnell be replaced as Senate Majority Leader is for enough Georgia residents to vote for Democrats in the elections there on Tuesday so that Republicans won't be the majority.

McConnell is not the Speaker of the House.  He is the Senate majority leader.  Since he obtains that position based on the votes of his fellow GOP senators, there are only 2 ways McConnell can be removed from that position.  That would be if (1) the GOP senators would elect some other Republican senator for the position, or (2) after an election, the number of Democrats in the senate exceeded the number of Republicans.  The Democrats would become the majority party in the senate.

McConnell is not Speaker of the House. He's the majority leader in the Senate.

Pelosi is House Speaker. It remains to be seen if she'll keep the job when the Democrats pick the Speaker of the next Congress, which they will do because they hold the majority.

While he is ancient and definitely not in touch with not only modern family situations but the fabric of reality itself, Mitch is in the Senate.

Also, a lot of people make that much just not enough people make that much.
