Tell her that you would like to pick her up at her place whether it is ok . If she says it is ok go to her place and pick or up .If she is not in favour your coming to her place meet up at the restaurant .

pick her up be a gentleman or u will be in the friendzone.i am traditionalist...When you get to know a guy through repeated interactions, you feel comfortable enough to let him pick you up and take you out on a proper date.

You do the driving, you'll have a captive audience. Possibly be able to redeem yourself if you screw something up. If she can just get up and leave at any time, you have lost that opportunity.
