When it comes to abortion, why do we use the phrase "pro choice" as the alternative to "pro life?" ?

Wouldn't the correct phrase be "PRO DEATH," side that's what's being done to the baby in the womb?

    I don't.

    I use pro-choice vs anti-choice.

People claiming to be 'pro-life' overwhelmingly support policies and legislation that results in death.

No, it's actually the "pro life" label that's incorrect. They're not "pro life", only "pro birth". Ask any pro lifer, he/she is not willing to actually provide a baby with life sustaining care - in other words, raise the child. All they insist on is that the woman gives birth to it.

Also, most pro lifers live in death penalty states. How is being in favour of the death penalty consistent with a "pro life" stance?

Pro choice means giving the person a choice. Forcing an abortion is just as bad as denying an abortion.

Because the 'pro life' side is really just 'pro forced birth'.

    I’m Pro- I’m a man so it’s not my decision. It’s the woman’s body.

As if pro-choice people liked abortion, which they do not but understand CHOICE is how to prevent most of them.

As if pro-life gave a tin $#!+ about people who are alive.

It's okay that you are mentally handicapped because pro-choice people made it okay.

If you want to call it pro death, then do it.  We can't stop you.

Not at all.  Support the fact that it is *NOT* a viable child until the fetus takes a full breath after birth.  While I do not fully support late term abortions nor advocate the use of abortion as a form of birth control, I DO support a woman's right to choose what's right for her own body.  Using PRO death is an illogical, ridiculous, over sensitized anti woman concept created by snowflakes to bully women into submission.  The most ridiculous thing in all of this is that those people whoactively support the pro life movement, do not give one sh*t about supporting an actual living being.

Why do we use "pro-life" when really it's "anti-choice"?

I mean, if people were really pro-life, they'd oppose the death penalty, be all for preventing unwanted pregnancies by funding Planned Parenthood, make universal childcare a priority, clean up the foster care system, and lots more.

But they're not pro-life at all. They just want to control women to prevent them from making the choice that's best for them.
