when what?
Questions here have to be in English
conditionals need a condition
To answer the question: I don't know how old crocodiles get, but the sexe of the crocodile is determined by the temperature of the egg. So the climate getting hotter could cause one sexe of crocodiles go extinct, and some years later the last crocodile would die

16th May 2041 about teatime. Seriously though, there will be no extinction unless caused by some other outside influence. Even then, nature has many tricks up its sleeve. Say someone put something in the water that killed only crocks. If there were only a handful of survivors, nature would speed up their birth rate as well as making them immune to what killed the rest. Most of the newborns would be females with enough males to service them.
The crocodile is one of natures better designs and like the cockroach, there has been no need for it to evolve much more in order to do its job. It controls the number of wildebeest as it has always done and will do for many centuries to come.

crocodile species have come and gone extinct many times throughout the eons, but if you mean crocodilians as a clade: than at least in several tens of millions of years.
Crocodiles have a low metabolism, an efficient 4 chambered heart, and an efficient unilateral respiratory system: they're built to survive.
The only way i see them possibly going extinct as a clade is if we had a phenomena like snow ball earth which happened only once sow 650 million years ago. During this event the entire planet became white covered in snow, crocodiles and most other living things would go extinct.
Another possible killer would be if the entire world became a desert which happened 250 million years ago during the monstrous permian mass extinction, but even then some crocodilians may cling on, following this extinction was when crocodilomorphs took the world by storm.
