I have a court hearing but why can’t I move it up a earlier date?

Or can you only push them later instead of forward

    You will have to call the court and provide a reason. Cases are assigned based on the court docket. May not be possible, unless they allow for emergency exceptions.

    Yes, you can only make it later by pretending to be sick or whatever. No they won't make it earlier.
