When did you look? BC doesn't compile stats over weekends... just because it isn't recorded doesn't mean people aren't catching it :)
Yesterday we had 446 new cases
"There were 4,698 new reports inweek 50 (91 per 100K), a 19% decrease from the 5,800 reports in week 48 (113 per 100K)and the second week of decrease inreported cases since the start of Phase 3b. Note that weekly tallies by report date include cases with onset in prior weeks"

I live in Ontario. Some people are not following public health regulations. They're still having big parties and social gatherings, specially over the holidays. About 50 percent of people still went to gather with their families when they shouldn't. Some people just don't care any more, they want to live their life like it was. Also some people are confused about what the Ontario government is allowing and not allowing. For example they axed social bubbles months ago. Some people still think that gathering with their bubble of people was ok. There's also a lot of cross regional travelling in Quebec and Ontario, for work or school. Maybe people are staying closer to home in BC.
Being less populated helps a bit but that's only the tip of the iceberg. People can still gather (but they shouldn't) in BC too. But maybe people are also sticking to their public health regulations, better then Quebec and Ontario are. Maybe there isn't enough testing being done or not all cases are being reported. Maybe they have stricter regulations in BC, then Ontario and Quebec have.

Its simple, Ontario and Quebec are the two largest populated province, therefore more people are being tested than say in BC.

BC registered 600+ new cases yesterday, not "no new cases". Yes, that is still less than Ontario or Quebec, but they're also both much larger in population than BC.

Because the PCR testers use a higher cycle threshold (35-40) making everyone produce a FALSE POSITIVE. A lower CT of 25-27 is optimum and would reduce FALSE POSITIVES down to 10%.
You can't trick sheeple into taking vaccines on 10% of fear alone.
FWIW, they do not detect Covid, just RHINOVIRUSES. Of which include the common cold and the flu. With a CT of 40 they are reading your cold/flu from last year.
The test kits are DNA amplifiers. They're collecting your DNA...without a warrant and with your permission.
