If he does then Pence will remove him with the 25th Amendment or failing that he will be impeached and convicted, faster than Trump pushed through a new Supreme Court Justice.

If you think that the vast majority of all the Republican elected politicians whose lives were put at risk by Trump's followers last week would not vote with the Democrats for this, then you are wrong.

Trump may still have a lot of supporters out there but his support among elected Republicans has never been lower.  And if that wasn't enough for their lives to be threatened and they need more encouragement big business has shown them in no uncertain terms if they want money from them in the future they will call Trump's lies out for what they are.

If Trump is not very careful he will end up the first president who ends up being labelled a traitor in the history books.

It would be the last hope to save this Republic from the leftist coup.  Right now, we hear the Democrats constantly using terms like “insurrection,” and “terrorism,” and “coup,” referring to conservatives.   If we look to recent history, every time they make such aggressive claims against their opponents?  It’s because they are doing exactly what they accuse others of.

    God bless the USA 🇺🇸

When are you Democrats going to get it through your head that President Trump loves America and he wanted to do great things for the people.  Not Big Tech, not Big Corporation, not Big News, not Big Money, but the people who had lost jobs while Big Money went into foreign nations and foreign nations came to buy up American soil.

Trump was so happy about people attempting to hang his own VP and plans to kill Pelosi.  The constitution should have something better to remove a president a day is too long for him to remain in office.  Trump is a criminal through and through imagine a president supporting insurrection and denying defending forces.  What more proof do you need that Trump is anti America.  Trump hates America unless it benefitted him i.e. lower taxes to corporation and under a guise lower income tax that you will all have to pay for in another year.  and democracy he has proven it over and over again.  he has done nothing in four years to better America he has run it into the ground, incited hate even before he was elected.

He can, but I doubt Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act on his own supporters.  He didn't during the storming of the capitol, he even prevented the national guard from being deployed, despite numerous pleas.

Probably. But, with a week left, he can talk a big deal. But I'm sure behind the scenes, top brass in the military have plans if he tries to do anything too drastic.

What possible justification would he have for doing that?

    I didn't see anybody saying he couldn't.
