Very little.

Jobs on the books so far include the Green New Deal. That will restrict some more of your choices and will necessitate a huge increase in taxes.

There will be an instant gun grab. Agenda 2030 will be accelerated. Klaus Schwab's Great Reset will be implemented. China will revert to business as usual and take over all US manufacturing - including from Defense Contractors. Masks will become compulsory, the lockdowns will get worse and many businesses will fail.

But..."not Trump" is the correct answer.

What I expect them to accomplish:

Increasing the national deficit more than any previous administration in a four year period (which is true of nearly every new administration, so that's more of an educated expectation than a guess.)

Free COVID inoculations, enough for ALL Americans, by the end of Summer or, at latest, at the very beginning of Fall (and in that case distributed free to children in school)

Restoring the onerous tax penalty for Obama Don't Care.

Sign the D.C. statehood bill (which I find somewhat scandalous, personally. The major point of D.C. was to avoid any state being able to claim the national capital or control it [with state laws]. It was an ingenious invention of the Founding Fathers. And...the bill ***changes the name*** from "District of Columbia" to "Douglass, Commonwealth". [Ugh, what a name for a state!] I'm sorry, but it violates my sense of tradition, and I don't see it as "fixing" anything that needs a fix.)

Significant reduction in military spending (hopefully, not like Carter's disastrous under-budgeting, and hopefully not as bad as Obama's, which gave the Chinese the feeling that they could do whatever they want in the China Sea).

Significant reduction in space exploration funding (sigh)

More money spent on education - in general, good.

- free universal pre-K - Given the extremely successful Norwegian model, I can't see this policy as worthwhile. Waste of money.

- two years guaranteed debtless college - bad. Debtless should depend on performance. Though that would be tricky to implement (colleges would be prone to fudge grades of students), we shouldn't be giving purported students free money so that they can screw off for two years. Instead, should be two years of debtless college only AFTER diploma earned.

- tuition-free public college for low-income (I assume: community colleges only, should be free for low to middle income, given the horrendous cost of college nowadays)

- clean energy R&D funding (good)

- his plan to increase Medicare to 60-year-olds and lower pharmaceutical prices through negotiation (sounds like pie in the sky. Doubt it will happen. I'm 59 BTW, and will settle for Obama Don't Care until someone figures out a more effective, better-working program...which ought to be pretty easy, given Obama Don't Care's several failures)

- reduced EFFECTIVE wages for all and sundry (as the result of increase in taxes)

Nothing...........

They will fight climate change and create lots of clean energy jobs.

It's not what i like about them, it's what i do not like about trump.  Troll's think harris not appearing like a sex kitten is demeaning to the VP in Vogue photo's.  Business attire is appropriate for the role they are going to serve in!  All trump was about was praise for nothing!

I like the fact that they're not insane Neo-Nazis, that's their main plus point.  Other than that they're pretty average so far as politicians go, which is what's needed if the USA is to get back to normal and regain some respect throughout the world.  At the moment it's a dangerous place and the whole world is laughing at America.

They represent my demographic.
