    No, he cannot. It would be a violation of his contract.

    Probably, until he finds an island or goes to jail. He's not supposed to live there full-time---but Trump always does whatever the hell he wants and never worries about the consequences.

    No.  Trump's contract with Palm Beach when he made Mar-a-Lago a social club says that he can't live there more than 3 weeks per year (PB suspended the agreement for the presidency).  See bottom paragraph page 2  https://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000015a-99cf-dcd4-...

    Source(s): Making it a social club drastically reduced his taxes. If he wants it to be a full time residence, he'll need to pay the full residential tax rate.

    No. Under an agreement he signed decades ago, he can't live there after leaving the White House. His mara lago neighbors are furious.
