Wouldn’t you eradicate these two opinions (if you could)?  If not, why?

Opinions:

“It’s completely acceptable to molest children!”

“I’m better and smarter than all who disagree with me!”

I wouldn't eradicate the opinions, just those that hold them.

First of all, educate yourself about distinctions between an opinion and an assertion of fact. However, even opinions that incites violence for instance or directs violence or abuse against children can have serious consequences and is not protected. So, to have an opinion that merely states you are better than everyone else is puffing or a result of a demented perception like Donald did; but is protected. However, Inciting violence and advocating sexual abuse against children will land you in prison and require you to be registered as a sexual predator.
