what is the worst thing a therapist has said to you?

I only met one.   She was called in for our office department to help us when a coworker died unexpectedly.   She kept using the expression "it's a schitt sandwich", which really turned me off.   I find that I didn't actually listen to her any more after that.

I said to a therapist...I don't think people like me......There was a short silence......Then she replied......I think you might be right!!

"When you talk to people,  you roll your eyes, as if what they are saying is ridiculous."
