Gandalf the grey/white?
Isn’t Gandalf and Sauron the same race/species? How come Sauron is so much more powerful than Gandalf? Even the witch king destroys Gandalf’s staff. How is Gandalf so weak compare to Sauron or to the witch king which is a lesser being.

but GANDALF, fights the huge fire breathing dragon, summons giant egales at will, and even came back from the dead, totally white now.
I'd hardly say he had no powers.
as that "pitch meeting" guy on Youtube says, --"so why couldn't GANDALF just have a giant eagle fly the ring to Mount Mordor and drop it in the lava? "
because then there'd be no movie. AHHHHH!!!!!!
If you examine any movie close enough, there's bound to be dozens of plot holes.

They aren't exactly the same species, Sauron is something older and more powerful. And the Witch King is tied to Sauron's power through the rings.
