Are glue traps humane to use to catch mice?

Update: its good to know they probably suffer. Thats exactly what I want.

    They are one of the worst ways to torture a mouse. The worst on is rat poison.

    The only humane traps are the electric ones that zap the mouse to kill it instantly. 

    If you want the mouse to suffer, you can use the glue traps. You might also think about finding a good psychiatrist.

    The Principal at Indianola Middle School caught mice in glue traps still alive and brought them to me to throw in the firebox of a coal fired boiler. The mice died instantly.

    No they are not.  Takes a long time for a mouse to die after it's caught.
