Being born DEAD spirits (Rm 5:12-4) how do today's Christians receive His QUICKENING (I Cor 15:45) to be born again of the spirit (Jn 3:5-8)?

1 "And you hath (((HE QUICKENED,))) who (((WERE DEAD))) in trespasses and sins; 

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. 

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, 

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath (((QUICKENED))) us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 

6 And hath (((RAISED US UP)))) [aka FIRST RESURRECTION; Revelation 20:6] together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2:1-6).

HOW DID TODAY'S CHRISTIANS RECEIVE HIS (((QUICKENING))) WITHOUT HIS (((POWER))) COMING UPON THEM" (ACTS 1:8) AFTER HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM (ACTS 1:5)?

You have a lot to CORRECT GOD with when you "Stand before the judgment seat of Christ" (II Corinthians 5:10) and tell HIM 

YOU ARE A LIAR when He commanded the Prophet Isaiah to speak "For I knew how deceitful you are; you have been called a rebel from birth" (Isaiah 48:8) Job to speak

"What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?" (Job 15:14)

 The Prophet David to speak "The wicked are estranged from the womb: They go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies" (Psalm 58:3) and "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me" (Psalm 51:5).

Besides JESUS commanded us "You must be born (((AGAIN))) of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) 

BUT you tell JESUS "I'm not DEAD."  What do you mean I have to be born again?

You call JESUS A LIAR which is "BLASPHEMY" (Matt 12:3-32) in that belief!

Since Adam was the first man who sinned (I Corinthians 15:21-22) being the model for all men; everyone born thereafter was just like Adam who sinned (Romans 5:12-14) "even if we never sinned" (v14)

Why would Jesus command us "You must be (((BORN AGAIN))) [but this time] of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) 

(((IF))) we are not born  "DEAD" [spirits]?

When God sends one the Spirit is given without measure" (John 3:34) and there is no "private interpretations" (II Peter 1:20-21).

LEARN SOMETHING (I Corinthians 2:14) instead of using YOUR "private interpretation"

"...the LORD will reward you according to your works" (II Timothy 4:14).
