Hair doctor?
Is there such thing as a hair doctor you can talk to shoot your hair not growing? I’m an African American teen with short 4c and my hair hasn’t grown in years. When i do research everyone says stuff that doesn’t work for me. Maybe it’s genetics, but I want to talk to someone who can tell me how to make it grow and/or healthy.

You should call a Dermatologist. The scalp is part of Dermatology. They can help you....
