Which hoofed mammal has the best tasting flesh?

I'm rather biased towards the goats I raise.

I've had some very good bison though, and recently tried Wagyu beef for the first time.

Satyrs are the tastiest.

Buffalo is first on my list, venison #2. Bacon #3

pigs and cows. They are the most popular kinds of meat. Lamb is not as popular. Horse meat and deer meat are not eaten by as many people. 

There is simply no objective answer to this question.

Only subjective answers can be given and so this question would have been better in a forum on culinary matters, if there is one.

It comes down to personal taste. It not only varies with the animal but with which part of the animal is consumed, how that part was cooked, and even with what it is served.

Pigs have a variety of different tastes .  Bacon is probably the best .

a cow has good taste to it

Elk is hard to beat. Moose is good, honestly most antlered ungulates are pretty good eating.
