WHY does NO LONGER president tRump still get access to intelligence briefings??

Typically, they are read into matters in which they might have some expertise or insight.  As trump has no expertise outside of grifting suckers, and no insight because he rarely read security briefings, there's little point in reading him in as it would add no value.  

I don’t understand why any ex-POTUS gets the briefings.

Mainly cause he's not president any more.

I don't think he does, there is no law that a former president must receive intelligence briefings, it's up to the current president to decide if they want to do that,, and I don't think Biden is all too keen on the idea of Trump having access to current intelligence.

It says intelligence. Since when have trump showed any intelligence.

Nothing has changed; they are just discussing whether he should get briefings because he has shown himself to be careless in divulging national security secrets.
