    You will need to convince someone that you trust (and who trusts you) to let you use their address.

    I've never tried. And whenever I get a quote they need an address because the rate depends on where you live.

    No.  No insurance company will issue a policy to someone with no fixed address.  Insurance companies don't like unknown variables.

    No, because if you don't have a permanent address a policy cannot be rated.
