Depression?
I’ve been very depressed for months not hardly wanting to talk to anyone and haven’t even mentioned anything to my mother. Most nights I lay in my bed and cry and feel like I’m not good enough because of the way I get treated by guys. They all just want sex and my friend told me I’m pretty I just keep getting mixed up with the wrong guys and give it up too soon. I take many prescription medications such as Xanax to cope idk how I’m gonna stop feeling like this someone help?

I'll tell you two reasons why it would be a good idea for you to talk with a psychiatrist. First, these doctor are the experts on mental health problems and the medicines that treat it. I should add that there are things other than medicine that help with depression - therapy and healthy lifestyle choices. Another reason is that a psychiatrist can help you to understand your problem. There's something disturbing in what you said recently - "I have slept with 5 guys that have all came in me multiple times even around my ovulation when I wasn’t on birth control and I haven’t gotten pregnant." It's like you want to get pregnant with somebody you hardly know. Why?
I can't tell you exactly what you need. There's no one size fits all solution. I can tell you though that there are healthy lifestyle choices that can enhance the effects of the standard treatments with office visits. This has details about lifestyle choices that help with depression - nutrition, basic lifestyle things like sleep, exercise, and social support, also traditional Asian methods.

As a woman, myself, I can understand why your friend has told you that you CHOOSE THE WRONG GUYS!
Newsflash: You should love and respect yourself enough to understand that only a man who treats you with the respect you deserve is worthy of you. Whatever you want for yourself should be what he wants for you, too. Before you get a boyfriend, you should choose a boy who treats you like a friend and not a one night stand.
Friends respect each other, value each other and have much in common.
