Five minutes is a start, one channels their energy and thought to achieve. That is basically what a prayer is but your not asking a god to do it for you.

No. Sorry, highly doubt it. Read on please. Although, praying to God Almighty in the morning can change something in your life and does have an affect on your soul in a positive way and plenty of benefits in this life as well as in the afterlife for the one who prays sincerely to God Almighty in this life. One who prostrates before his Lord for prayer.

I don't know why people assume meditating will accomplish that when it doesn't and its so much better when one prays to his Creator and connects with his Creator than useless meditation that has no benefits whatsoever for the human being and no real connection whatsoever. Connecting with God Almighty is so much better and more meaningful and purposeful than meditation because focusing on the Creator alone is so much better than focusing on something that is nothing and meaningless. God Almighty Himself wants His believing servants to focus on Him alone when we pray more than anyone else, more than anything else in this world.

5 mins of meditation will accomplish you nothing and will benefit you nothing and will get you nowhere whatsoever either in this life or even in the next life. You get nothing out of meditation, its meaningless and zero benefits whatsoever. Only wasted 5 mins of your life.
