What would you call a standard major chord with with a 2nd or 4th in the same scale.?

As in 1 2 3 5 or 1 3 4 5.

Suspended chords don't have a 3, add9 and add11 chords have their last notes notes past the scale.

Example: A B C# E or A C# D E

I'm not sure what you mean by "have their last notes past the scale", but I think you may be saying that a 9th or 11th has to be on top.  But I don't think it does.  I think you can put it anywhere.
