why do politicians always say they will tax super rich people more yet they are still billionaires?

does Mark Zuckerberg need almost a trillion dollars? meanwhile great sites like onlyfans hardly make a fraction like twitter

    Former Gov. Jerry Brown saved California when he taxed the rich.

    Everyone's income is taxed. Super wealthy have more loopholes available. For instance, in 2017, I put in my W2 to be taxed as single, even though I was married. Even after paying 20,000 in taxes and being married, the IRS wants 3,000 more.
