In a perfect world, he would be indicted, convicted and serve time in Georgia Department of Corrections. But we do not live in a perfect world, and Trump is a rich white guy. So probably not.

    No William

An opinion is " I think there was fraud" however " We have massive evidence of fraud" is false when no such evidence exists

They will indict him because that's politics. Big deal. Name a politician that has done everything they've said and promised.

    I'm talking,

    I am not  a crook

I did not have sex with that woman

    No new taxes

You can keep your medical providers and insurance. Competition will make the prices go down.

We'll build a wall and Mexico will pay for it.

Biden/ Honestly he hasn't been on the job long enough.

Please notice the lack of political divide. It's all of the fu@%ers

While I am not sure of the exact charges as there are several that might fit, Trump is probably looking at various election offenses related to his attempts to get Georgia election officials to alter the election results.

While each state's laws are slightly different, if Trump is convicted of an election offense in Georgia, he might be ineligible to be on a ballot in Georgia.State statutes on false statements are usually limited to certain types of official statements.  So Trump's inaccurate statements about the election (as found by multiple courts and election officials) are probably not criminal in Georgia.  (His speech at the rally in D.C. is another matter and could lead to federal or D.C. charges).

Georgia should hold trump accountable for meddling in the election results. I let the kids submit the predictions. The racetrack is full of losers who thought their opinion could predict the future.
