Do you think trump will get away with all of his crimes?
I definitely think he will get away with his inciting the January 6th attack on the Capitol Building. Our Republican senators are too chicken to do the right thing. But what about New York and Georgia? trump faces a lot of criminal and civil charges in New York. And charges of election tampering in Georgia.
A majority guilty vote isn’t being acquitted in the senate. But it takes 2/3 majority for outright conviction.
No history of crimes? You are ignorant. trump has been stalling audits and trials for over 30 years. His lawyers file motion after motion. Request delays and bury people in paperwork.

Sure, mainly because he has No Crimes.
He has been investigated, and audited so many times, you would think if he had any history of crimes it would have been found out long ago.
Using the Democrats own loop-holes is not a crime.

Try to justify what he did on 1/6 with the ACTUAL facts of what constitutes a crime! As for those other things you list what idiots like you don't get is he worked THROUGH legal avenues to overturn election results.

Even if Trump isn't convicted, Congress can still invoke a censure resolution to bar him from office.
Also, due to his Jan. 6th insurrection, he's facing an ongoing backlash from groups and corporations that he's associated with. In fact, a major business partner is considering cutting ties with Trump, which would cause him to lose his biggest source of profits.
