Should Andrew Cuomo be in prison for sending COVID-19 patients into nursing homes ?

This is premeditated murder. Over 12,000 dead because Cuomo sent Covid patients into nursing homes. He covered it up to avoid federal investigation, and even now Democrats calling to take his emergency powers away.

Hospitals and funeral homes have always had medical examiners put covid as the cause of death or the reason the patient had to be admitted to the hospital because they get paid more for patient or body.

If a person died of a heart attack reason of death was covid, stoke? Covid. Natural causes? No such thing anymore it was covid. Hit by a car? It was really covid? Killed at work? Nope it was covid.

The medical profession is making billions off this disease.

As far as serial killer Cuomo is concerned  and add the Michigan Governor they both need to be put in prison for murder.

Cuomo just out and out lied about the number of deaths he caused, because he didn't want to make Trump look good and lose federal dollars. Of course CNN is not going to push this, his brother is a news anchor who praised how his brother was handling it.

Whittmer is just as bad, she forced nursing homes to take covid patients because that is what other democratic governors were doing, and because they were democrats like her, they could not be wrong, and like the other democratic governors it was Trumps fault for the deaths.

Absolutely he should, even worse they tried to hide and cover it up.  Pathetic that these people like cuomo will not even be prosecuted for it.  I'm not sure how him and deblasio even keep getting in office because everyone in New York wants them out, yet somehow they keep getting back in. Thats makes me think the lower level elections are being scammed also because no one wants these people in office.

yes, he should should! the DoJ should have him in shackles now, but his liberal brother is singing his praises all over the media and the media is downplaying his role in all the NY deaths. Cuomo's leadership at the height of the pandemic was appalling. he demanded hundreds of thousands of ventilators when he only actually needed a few thousand. he was sent a mercy ship and gave shelter to the homeless in 5 star hotels. and anytime anything went wrong he blamed it on Trump. the man is a political disaster!

If Cuomo was following the science, as he claims, he'd have enrolled them all in high school instead.

I understood before Covid that in New York, there is a nursing home scam where the state took advantage of deceased nursing home patients. The state would arrange to take whatever property they owned after the patient died. Now with Covid, New Yorker funeral directors have told their story, which is about how the state of New York are lying about Covid deaths on Death Certificates because it grants them more federal money. Even if the patient was untested and perhaps died from other causes, the medical examiners are putting Covid-19 for the reason of death because of this scam.
