How dangerous is a blood pH of 7.21?

I've heard that human blood can only be between 7.35 and 7.45. Any deviation from that can cause organ damage.

7.2 would land you in the ICU for an arterial blood gas, Cant see the report at all

I can’t even read your ABG result.  I don’t know if it’s respiratory acidosis, metabolic acidosis, or mixed.  pH of 7.21 is acidotic but need to see the entire ABG clearly.

Don't know the answer to that, but I see that there are some reports of acidosis as a CoVid symptom (!), wonder if the case you are presenting has anything to do with that...?
