How to find a satisfying job?
I am currently working at home for a call center. Most of the people whom I spoke with have been nice.I struggle because I am new. Don't know if i should stay or go. Mainly because it would affect my job record.

Coming from experience........ give it a shot..
I worked a call center back in the day, and it was difficult enough in the beginning, I can only imagine working from home and having virtual training... give yourself time to figure it out before you make the decision (i went thru a month of kvjsjixjgnekzlngje in training but once I got the hang of it I LOVED that job).. and if you decide to leave, def ride it out until you find something else...employers don't like to see a gap.
That being said... what do you enjoy doing? Is there any hobbies or interests you have that you could turn into or base your career off of?

You never leave a job unless you have a sure job offer somewhere else. It's a paycheck and very few people are thrilled with what they do.
