Texas is rethinking the whole green energy thing now that Texans are literally freezing to death.

Why? Because Congress, that's why.

Probably because it's a ridiculous question.

It takes more than 3 weeks to bring up sufficient electricity generating capability.  If anyone's at fault, it's Republicans, who have for decades been running the states most seriously affected with power outages, blocking green energy efforts and denying climate change.  Republicans are also the ones who have been blocking and holding up the stimulus checks.  This has nothing to do with Biden.

He's busy checking skin colors and genitalia of his cabinet. Because God forbid a genuine white non-Jewish male were to get through!

Biden does not control the weather, and the stimulus checks are being held up by the Republicans, since you need 60 votes in the Senate to pass a bill in regular order, The Democrats are working on getting most of it passed using reconciliation, but this takes longer and has to be done piecemeal, you can thank the Republicans for the fact that you have not received your stimulus check yet 

Trying to get the treasonous Republicans to help. Good luck to him with that.
