    Pizza (believe it or not) is generally healthier.

    A cheeseburger is VERY high in fat and cholesterol compared to a typical pizza.

    You have a better range of food with cheeseburgers. Pizza is limited to dough, tomato, cheese, and toppings. Burgers have more meat, tomato, lettuce, cheese, bread, and french fries.
