Here's the info.
https://www.power-plugs-sockets.com/philippines/
I quote:
In the Philippines the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 60 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in the Philippines, if the standard voltage in your country is in between 220 - 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa). Manufacturers take these small deviations into account. If the standard voltage in your country is in the range of 100 V - 127 V (as is in the US, Canada and most South American countries), you need a voltage converter in the Philippines. You can also consider a combined power plug adapter/voltage converter.
U.S.A.
- standard voltage - 120 V
- standard frequency - 60 Hz
So: if you're from the U.S. and want to bring your stuff to the Philippines, you've got the frequency (that's good)
but you're going to have a problem with the voltage unless you have a voltage adapter/regulator...
UNLESS the device in question has a 120/240 switch.
(Computers and some other electronics usually do, most kitchen appliances do NOT.)

If you're buying something new for someone in the Philippines
make sure the appliance is rated for 220 V
and also make sure the plug is the right type (see first link)
although I expect adapter plugs are not expensive and readily available in the Philippines.
