If you cut out a tumor and put it in someone else does that mean the person develops the cancer?

    Like any other transplant, unless there is a close tissue match it will be rejected and destroyed by thee recipients immune system.

    Cancer is a body's own cells mutating by growing without control. It would be like sewing a piece of dead animal in someone, and would rot, so it would probably kill them from that rather than cancer.
