He resign because he stuck his foot in his foot in his mouth. He told residents that were with power or heat that only the strong will survive.

Actually I think it was his constituents!

Probably to seek mental health care.  The guy clearly has lost touch with the real world.  And he's far from the only Republican crying out for mental health care.  Just read the answers from @Jeancommunicates for more examples.

Liberals are like communists.  They harass, intimidate, and THREATEN, so they can have and keep total control and silence any opposition by force.   You can call this anything you want, but it’s becoming a dictatorship.
