How Do I Raise Money To Start A Non-Profit?

I won't be disclosing too much information to make sure this doesn't ever come back to me. so please bear with me. long story short I really want to start a nonprofit, there is some out there who want to turn it profitable and just corrupt the mission & purpose going toe to toe this guy is pretty heavy-duty, he has more money, experience / age, software, seo, connections, accolades, but there other traits that I possess that we both know I can take him out such as better domain name/intellectual property and sweat equity and 2 others I won't disclose to keep me anonym. 

so I know I can take him out in the market place I just need the money! how do I raise the money???
