wait minutes you are 67 year old elderly woman then you cant able find a housing complex any where in your town that you can move into. if you are retirement spouse you can get a housing .they do help and find you a place for rent. and as for your dogs can stay with you to depending on the housing complex co the government helps disabities and old seniors with the bills . but you might have to paid the rent  landlord . motels isnt really good for place to live because you have to paid them  every week time . you should check out for housing thats near closer to you you can stay and live at . well that not nice that she untreated you like that you should try call a police at her see if they can talk to her to let you stay at the house until you find a own place. or you can call the police and have her be arrested for animals abusied means she wont able have the dogs  at all  ,be taking away from her and if the dogs belongs to you then you can take them and have them. your sister will be arrested and no she wont be in jail too long they will give her warning paper and you can report about that what she does to you and the dogs .you need to do that so that you and your pets can be safe. there no way she cant get the dogs back return to her . she might have to go to court or get illegal prove paper work from the police department and the animals shelter . depending on the state . i think you should do the best you can and what right for your life and ect.no body and no human and animals shouldnt be abused . that not alright for doing that .  1 thing you shouldnt do is giving out your phone number on here because Yahoo company doesnt allow giving out personality to strangers . there are some bad people can hack your phone bill and steal your personality informations about who you are . so be care fully . if you want to get help with finding you a place that allow pets better you come here and ask us for help we will gladful to find  what you need and want. take care ! 

Linda, it is BEYOND FOOLISH to post your telephone number on the Internet. It is also BEYOND FOOLISH to post this over and over. No one gets a restraining order unless there’s a need for a restraining order. Are you paying for the COST of your dogs living with your sister? If not, they will LEGALLY become her dogs. I have NO idea how anyone mentally abuses one dog out of five, and narcissism is a MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS.

Quite frankly, your absolute lack of common sense would trouble me, and, yes, I own rental properties in California. The fact that your sister was able to obtain a restraining order would concern me. You do nothing but trash talk her. She COULD have surrendered your dogs to an animal rescue, but she chose not to do so. The cost of living in that area is such that it is beyond your means. Without a program like section 8 that will pay your landlord the difference between what you're able to pay and the market rate, you aren't going to be able to find housing in your budget in that area - and certainly not a home with a yard or anywhere allowing the dogs. You should explore relocating to a more affordable area of the country. It's also really, really stupid to post your phone number on a site like this

You don't make enough to live in CA.  No landlord is going to rent you a house with a yard for a rate that is well below market rate.  

Someone MIGHT rent you a room for an affordable rate, but unlikely that anyone would allow 3 dogs in their private home.

Consider moving to a state with a low cost of living.

Or contact housing authority to find income based housing, or senior housing...   Tho such housing likely will only allow ONE dog as an emotional support animal..   not likely you will find low income housing that will allow 3 dogs.
