Is this a good strength training and Krav Maga training routine?

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: StrongLifts 5x5 full-body strength training

Tuesday/Saturday: Krav Maga self-defense training (1 hour)

Thursday/Sunday: REST

Maybe good for you. Yet for me and many others in the real world do not rest We know the bad never rests.

You keep asking and we keep telling you what to change and you keep asking the samething.

So this is my answer. Stop asking and actually do something and change your routine. And your diet.

Too many days of rest. 2 hours a week of "self defense". Unless you actually do additional training on your "off time" . Than what is the sense of taking self defense of krav maga or karate? Just give me your wallet, phone and keys now and save you the beating.

That is how good you will be in a year time.

When incorporating strength training to complement your martial art, you don't just do everything under the sun. You have to do so with a SPECIFIC goal to strength SPECIFIC muscles that your techniques uses.

Plus, strength is not going to help you if have no stamina and I don't see any cardio in your training program.

Yeah, that's a good training schedule. One hour classes, twice a week is most martial artists train.
