One way to lose weight quickly is to cut back on sugars and starches, or carbohydrates. This could be with a low carb eating plan or by reducing refined carbs and replacing them with whole grains. When you do that, your hunger levels go down, and you generally end up eating fewer calories (1).

Make a lifestyle change. 80% of fat loss is about what you eat, so that’s more important than exercise. Any "diet" you go on may help you lose some weight but you'll tend to gain it back if you go back to your previous ways. Unhealthy diets also can cause weight loss of tissue other than fat (such as muscle, especially if your calorie intake is too low). Use a calculator like this one https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator to determine about what your calorie intake should be. You can lose UP TO 3 lbs per week in a healthy manner, but 1 - 2 lbs is much more doable and easier to maintain long term. Remember that as your activity level and/or your weight changes, your calorie needs change too. So, check the calculator as your weight goes down or your activity goes up or down, so you continue to consume calories at a level that will help induce fat loss.
.
Eat a healthy well-balanced diet at least 80% of the time...keep junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas, etc to a bare minimum (the occasional treat if you feel the need). Avoid as much processed food as you can. Focus on lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats and and plenty of water. Keep your calories at a healthy level when working to lose fat. Cardio exercise is ideal for burning some extra calories. If you don't have an exercise program you want to use, YouTube has TONS of fitness videos you can check out, not to mention just getting outdoors and going for a walk, run, or bike ride.
.
When you reach your goal, simply modify your calorie intake and/or exercise to allow you to maintain your weight instead of continuing to lose.

How to lose weight has been asked/answered here in various ways, literally THOUSANDS of times. That's why there's a search feature at the top of the page. There should be no need for anyone to type another answer to that question, because all the information is already available, if you just do a quick search.

Good luck!

1. Eat less fat, sugar and calories
2. Only have water to drink, with milk in cereal as an exception
3. Do some exercise. Walking for 20 minutes burns about 80 calories depending on your pace

Cutting calories works for me. I was eating around 2500-2800 a day and was 50 lbs. overweight. I cut my calories to 1300-1500 a day and went from 190 to 140 lbs. I am tall so I am at a good weight. It took me about 5 months.

Yes. It takes time and work, but it's all worth it.
*Strength training (3xweek)
*Cardiovascular training (2xweek)
*Healthy nutrition (animal proteins, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains, lots of water)
*Caloric deficit - burn more calories than you consume a day
*Rest (sleep 8 hours every night)

Sounds like you tried all the lies sold to desperate fat people. At least you aren't blaming yourself for your failure because it is not your fault!
Fat loss is easy. Exercise has almost nothing to do with significant fat loss or gain and as you likely know now, dieting ALWAYS fails.
I used to be fat. Then I learned the truth. In 5 weeks I had lost all of my excess body fat with a fairly simple dietary change: I now ONLY eat whole foods and drink ONLY water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk.
That's the magic key. That's really it. You are fat because you have strayed from the human diet. It's what we evolved consuming; not crap like white flour products, juices, sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar or any other sources of fructose outside of whole foods (in which the insoluble fiber mitigates the fructose.)
The biochemistry behind this is pretty awesome and complex, but the conclusion is the simple dietary change...BACK.
We are ALL born skinny. Predators, for the most, are not fat. Not terrestrial ones, anyway.
The fructose actually prevents your natural hunger off switch, COMPELLING you to overeat! I bet you are like me and didn't even know what feeling full actually felt like. I had always assumed it was physically stuffed.
WRONG!
PS: You are addicted to fructose and probably trying to poke holes in my answer. Honey was consumed very rarely due to the bees guarding it. Bears eat honey because their thick skin allows them to, so they evolved with a more fructose tolerant liver, but they still get quite fat from it, but for them, that's part of their physiology.
