Let go from a union job, need some advice?
I was in the union for 3 weeks and I just stopped showing up because I couldn’t walk and I didn’t know who to call. Anyways, 6 months from hired. They sent me card for benefits to fill out. Am I still in the union or... am I able to find another job in the union I was in? Not sure what to do. I mean it’s been 6 months. But I’d like to try to get back in.

You weren't fired. You quit.
I doubt you are still a member as you are not paying dues, nor are you subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
"am I able to find another job in the union I was in?" Employers make decisions about hiring, not the union. If an employer hires you and their workers are subject to a collective bargaining agreement, yes, you can then join the union.
