Who’s stronger mark henry or Brock lesnar ?

Henry is stronger than Lesnar but doesn't look as strong when like throwing Big Show because of his own immense body weight. Lesnar is what 275-290lbs while Henry is 425lbs. Pound for pound Lesnar, Big E, or maybe Cesaro is probably the strongest.

Mark Henry NEVER was at the worlds strongest man event. He couldnt qualify for it. he did olympic and power lifting. The truth is he had a mediocre bench press and deadlift and an amazing squat. I saw him demo his squat when I competed at the Baddest bench in texas event . Some of us actually lift and compete! I would think mark is stronger than Brock as he actually did power lifting and olympic lifting and Lesnar only trains to wrestle. 

Mark Henry genuinely was the strongest man in the world and some of his records are yet to be broken.

Henry is by far the strongest performer in WWE history.Lesnar also said himself that Kane in the early 2000's was an absolute machine and was like arm wrestling a tree.I would say in terms of strongest it would be Mark Henry, then Kane, then John Cena, then Lesnar.Cena has been cited as having UNHUMAN like strength, and Henry was an Olympian.. and Kane was just a massive guy.Cesaro is known to be incredibly strong for his size but I think he would be a different kind of strength. I see him being incredibly strengthened for a guy with a lot leaner and lanky body mass.

Mark Henry is a Multi-Time Olympian in Weight Lifting. Mark Henry has competed in Weight Lifting in International Competitions. Mark Henry was on Multiple United States Olympic Teams in Weight Lifting. Brock Lesnar hasn't done any of that. Brock Lesnar hasn't proven to me that he is stronger than John Cena, Big E and Cesaro, Keith Lee, The Big Show and Kane, let alone Mark Henry,

On pure strength, as in the ability to lift weights. At his peak Mark Henry was stronger. He was legit one of the strongest men on the planet. Had he done worlds strongest man he could have won. He won the Arnold Classic in 2002 against some seriously strong competition. Had he continued in strongman rather than pro wrestling, I don't think we'd be talking about Big Z as the best ever, Henry would have probably beaten him.

Mark Henry, he wasn't tagged with the gimmick " The world's strongest man " for nothing.
