Dissertation Help? Analyzing Data?

I am doing my dissertation on employees working remotely due to Covid 19 I handed my survey out to 60 employees and i am currently in the process of doing my findings and analyzing my data. My themes are based around Gender, Productivity, time spent working remotely, informal/formal flexible working arrangements and costs. I am currently doing Gender however, i am finding it difficult to figure out what to say about the data as I was using a likert scale. The question is please rate from 1 to 5 1 being the most difficult the challenges you are facing when working from home. 28 females have answered this but I can clearly see what the biggest challenges are based on peoples answers but will i include that just say for example 5 people voted for one challenge as number 2 etc or how do i analyze this information with a likert scale? Please someone help i am so stuck.

The precise data that that you collect should be included in a footnote or an appendix. 1 to 5 scale strikes odd to me should have been 6 or another even number. In any event it is too late for that.

You should count what the majority of people said: For instance, if 3,4, and 5 found the work efficient state that the majority of the respondents [give a percentage] found working remotely more efficient because [perhaps your question addressed the hassles of driving to work and getting dressed everyday]; or that the majority found it more challenging working remotely]; explain why [such as no prior experience working remotely].

You can similarly address any gender discrepancies, if there are any.

    You get the idea.
