It said that it comes from a japanese satanic ritual book. A man on reddit said that he was haunted by her and that people he knew killed them selves because of it. Is this ritual real or just in your head?

Any ritual is in your head. No ritual actually summons an entity.
And why would you want to summon something that will haunt you?
