08 Jeep Grand Cherokee troubleshooting. 4.7 v8?

Under heavy acceleration or climbing a hill the Jeep seems really bogged down and it feels like it’s hesitating to shift. A lack of horsepower. Almost a jerking feel to it. It revs high before it finally shifts almost to red line. Which I don’t think is normal. I’ve brought it to multiple shops and they say the engines good. They have done their fancy code readers and haven’t detected anything wrong with the engine. I’ve had the tranny replaced, new plugs and coils, injectors cleaned, Ive cleaned the throttle body and I replaced a MAP sensor. This has been a problem even before I put in a transmission. When I bought it, they told me it had a similar issue but it ended up being a sensor. Any suggestions on what I should look at next?
