Can I sue someone for discrimination if they refuse to hire me due to "Immense stupidity rivalled by none and no redeeming qualities"?

    If you support the right political persuasion and find a slick lawyer, chances are that you can these days.

    Yes, in the USA you can sue anyone for no reason at all. Winning your claim is a different question.

    No, the immensely stupid and those with no redeeming qualities are not protected classes.

    99% of discrimination is 100% legal.

    Being stupid, or even just being thought to be stupid, IS NOT a legally protected class.

    No, you can't.  This is apparently a very common opinion, so it's not discriminatory in any way - nor is it defamatory.
